Press Operator

**Located in Rock Valley, IA. Must be able to commute daily.**

In this role, you’ll be responsible for flight forming various materials and ensuring product quality under the direction of the production manager. Pay & Benefits

Pay: $22–$24, depending on experience

Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday, 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flight form various materials according to specifications
  • Operate press equipment safely and accurately
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and adherence to blueprints or schematics
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with the production manager and team
  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong quality control skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with operating brake presses is a plus (willing to train)
  • Additional experience in metal fabrication or welding inspection is a plus
