Hours

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of farm and cattle feeder equipment, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair feed truck hydraulics and scale systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and oil changes
• Rebuild feed wagons and address spreader issues
• Use diagnostic tools, interpret schematics, and keep detailed repair records
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Participate in an on-call rotation (typically once a month)
• Load/unload equipment and assist with new equipment setup
• Operate welding and fabricating equipment as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience with farm equipment repair and maintenance
• Welding, torching, plasma cutting, and fabrication experience
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Comfortable using diagnostic tools and computer software
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• 2+ years of related experience OR associate degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
• Forklift, payloader, and tractor operation experience is a plus
